Quick ways to strengthen it
Tailor the job title and company name for every application. Include one specific example rather than relying only on phrases such as “people person” or “hard worker.” Whenever possible, add a measurable result, such as:

Keep the finished letter to one page, use the same contact information as your résumé, and check that every claim accurately reflects your experience.
