Why contacted

I contacted Mind as I felt very low and isolated due to moving back from America after 40 years. I am finding it hard to resettle and make friends. I am worried about my finances, and getting out there for work.

\n\n

What's changed

Time has moved on so I have been spending more time outside and feel better about things. I feel ready to start looking at job opportunities and more confident to go to small groups in the local area. I have found just talking through things has helped them feel lighter and I have more of a plan of what I want to do. After working so long in America I had forgotten what I was capable of but talking through my skill set has shown me I have a lot of good strong skills and am capable of change. My confidence is slowly returning.
