Contact tools minimize personal identifiers by default; when the user explicitly requests customer/provider identifiers or uses authorized API read tools, responses may include operational PII such as email, phone, tax ID, or address. The app avoids collecting restricted personal data such as health, biometric, social security, or full payment-card data, and redacts auth/request/card metadata from model-visible tool responses.
