Log meals, track calories
BurnWeek is an AI calorie tracker that meets you where you already are. Just say what you ate - "a flat white and a chocolate croissant," "chicken burrito bowl" - and BurnWeek estimates the calories and protein for you and adds it to your day. Because food is never exact, BurnWeek shows honest ranges (e.g. "680-780 cal") instead of fake-precise numbers.
Ask how your day is going and BurnWeek shows what you've eaten and how much you have left. BurnWeek also tracks a 7-day sliding-window budget, so one big day doesn't mean failure - you just balance it out over the week. Made a mistake? Say "undo that." Got the portion wrong? "Make the rice 200 grams" and the estimate recomputes. You can also save recipes and favorites, set up recurring meals, log from a photo or a barcode, and plan meals ahead.
BurnWeek logs to your own private account. Connect your existing BurnWeek app history with a one-time link code so your meals stay in sync between the app and ChatGPT. BurnWeek is general-wellness software, not medical advice, and it never collects payment, location, or health-record data.
When connected to BurnWeek, ChatGPT may share relevant chats and memories with this app to help provide context for your requests.
