Text lets authorized users search, retrieve, and manage customer conversations, HelpDesk tickets, archived LiveChat chats, transcripts, tags, customer profiles, and reports in ChatGPT. Users can also create and update tickets, reply to customers, and tag, transfer, or end chats. Results and actions are limited to data and permissions the user already has in their Text workspace.
