The plugin identifies the address and answers one precise question about it, profiles a commune when you are still deciding where to buy, and helps you re-read the reports already on your account, compare them with one another and prepare the questions to ask the estate agent, the seller, the building manager or the notary.
ImoVertical replaces neither a technical survey, nor a notary's opinion, nor legal or financial advice. The absence of an entry in a public registry does not guarantee the absence of the corresponding risk.
