Engage helps authenticated business users inspect and safely configure their AI assistant through ChatGPT. Users can read knowledge files, review prompt profiles and channel behavior, inspect private media metadata, review completed or failed voice-call transcripts and diagnostics, receive product guidance, and make guarded, version-checked configuration updates. Voice transcripts may contain personal information spoken during a call; no raw audio is returned. Engage does not publish websites or media, run test conversations, delete content, or send customer messages.
