Administrators can also pull inbox reports directly: conversation volume, response performance, SLA compliance, agent workload, CSAT, sentiment, and per-company support summaries. Every action uses your own Hiver account and permissions, so you only ever see the shared inboxes you are a member of, writes are attributed to you, and nothing is ever sent to a customer by the app itself.
