NotForm replaces the form with a conversation. You describe what you want to find out, the AI writes the questions and interviews each respondent in text or voice, and what comes back is not a loose transcript: it is structured data, field by field, ready to analyse.
With this connection that fits inside ChatGPT. Ask for a survey in plain language and get a shareable link back; come back later and read the collected answers without leaving the conversation, with the assistant summarising what came in.
Five tools are available: listar_pesquisas lists your surveys with how many answers each one has, and is where you start; ver_pesquisa shows the fields a survey collects and its response link; ler_respostas returns the structured answers, including who replied when the person identified themselves; listar_modelos offers ready-made templates for common cases such as NPS, team climate and post-support follow-up; and criar_pesquisa creates a survey from a plain-language objective or from one of those templates.
A NotForm account is required. The connection only ever sees the surveys of the person who authorised it, and reading and creating are granted as separate permissions on the approval screen.
