The connection is strictly read-only. There is no tool that can create, edit, delete or send anything, so nothing in your CRM can be changed from ChatGPT.
You sign in with your own AiEngage login and choose exactly which areas ChatGPT may read - records, reports, analytics, campaigns, segments, lists, workflows, advertising, web forms and more - and which modules within them. Every read runs as you, so ChatGPT sees only the records your CRM permissions already allow you to see, and nothing from any other organization. You can change what is shared, or disconnect entirely, at any time from Settings > API & Connections.
