It records interview progress in an in-memory state token, can read a selected building profile from Estonia's Building Register after consent, and prepares a conservative, evidence-linked analysis for expert review. From the completed card, a user can explicitly transfer the interview details and all attached reduced photo previews, up to 40, to their signed-in Property Intelligence Hub.
