BauLedger

BauLedger is construction-site documentation for trade and construction businesses: a site diary with dictation and photos, defects, tasks, VOB deadlines and working hours – captured on site, reviewed in the office.

This plugin gives ChatGPT read-only access to exactly these records. Instead of digging through files, ask ChatGPT: "What happened in the site diary last week?" – "Which defects are still open for this client?" – "Which VOB deadlines expire in the next 14 days?" – "How many hours were logged on the project in August?"

Access is strictly read-only: no tool creates, changes or sends anything. ChatGPT sees only your own company's data, and only what the connected user is allowed to see themselves. Evaluating named working hours is a separate permission, confirmed individually when connecting – never pre-selected. Every connection is visible and revocable in BauLedger at any time, by the user and by any company administrator.

Requires a BauLedger account (bauledger.de). Defects, tasks and deadlines that originated as AI suggestions are only returned once confirmed by the office – unconfirmed suggestions only on explicit request, clearly labeled.
