Orkasa is the CRM that real-estate agencies in Latin America run on: client files, property portfolio, viewings, offers and documents in one place.
This connector lets the broker ask about their own work, in their own words. «How is Mrs Herrera's file going?» returns the whole dossier — her operations and the stage each one is at, the property, the viewings, the offers, the documents and the latest messages — plus the next step Orkasa's Copilot recommends, and why. «What do I have today?» returns those steps in order: what is waiting on the agent first, and among those the most overdue. It also searches the portfolio by area, type, price and bedrooms, and reads the viewing schedule.
Four tools write: create a client, book a viewing, move an operation to the next stage, and record an offer. They respect the same locks as the app: an operation does not advance while its stage is still missing documents, and in that case the connector returns the list of what is missing instead of forcing the step. Publishing listings, generating mandates and sending documents for signature do not go through the connector.
The broker authorises specific permissions («see your leads», «book viewings»), sees which domain their data will be sent to before accepting, and can cut the access off from Settings › Connections. The assistant only sees what that user sees inside Orkasa: if they cannot see the rest of the office's clients in the app, they cannot see them here either.
