Sanctuary

Sanctuary is a free faith companion for people who left the church but did not leave Jesus.

Ask for a prayer for what you are actually feeling, in your own words: broken trust, anger, grief, fear, loneliness, shame, or doubt. Every answer is a real prayer from Sanctuary's library of 185 scripture prayers, each with its Bible passage (NIV) and a link to read the rest.

Ask for help finding a safe local Christian gathering: a house church, dinner church, Alpha course, or small group. The answer leads with your own tradition (Catholic, Orthodox, mainline, charismatic, Anabaptist, evangelical, or still exploring), names real places to look, and always hands over a plain checklist of the warning signs of a high-control group. It never vouches for a specific group and never gives a verdict on one.

Sanctuary is run by International Bible Ministries, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, with technology by WiscAI. It is free, it sells nothing, and it is not a church, counseling, or a crisis service: anyone in crisis is pointed to 988.
