Clera helps company hiring teams search vetted candidates against a role, review recommendations, request introductions, track hiring progress, and manage roles, public company profiles and private contacts. Search results mask candidate names but retain professional history; semantic search may send search inputs to Azure. Role-based searches show advisory fit flags that do not block introductions. Detailed profiles can remain available after an earlier named share expires or is revoked, and professional free text may contain personal details. Introduction requests can send emails and submit applications to a connected hiring system. Feedback is sent through Slack with user and company identity. Private call logs retain caller identity, inputs and results without automatic expiry.
