Private Markets Intelligence
Insourcia gives your assistant direct access to French company data: 30 million registered entities, 17 million of them active, with 32 million director mandates, 7 million filed annual accounts and 20 million legal events.
The connector covers five things.
Discovery. Search in natural language on sector, geography, size, directors or financial aggregates (revenue, EBITDA, debt, cash, whether a fund sits on the cap table). Match a CRM export or a spreadsheet to the right SIREN numbers in bulk; the tool declines to guess when the identification is ambiguous rather than returning a plausible wrong answer.
Profile. Identity, activity, headcount, directors, industry codes for a single company in one call, plus a directed map of its group: holdings, subsidiaries, sister companies, shared directors.
Financials. Income statement, balance sheet and ratios across consecutive fiscal years (cash, net debt, working capital, margins, payment terms, dividends). Credit risk grade from AAA to D with default probability at 3, 6 and 12 months and the main contributing factors.
Legal monitoring. Business transfers, insolvency proceedings, account filings, capital increases, public procurement awards, subsidies, strike-offs and incorporations, searchable across all companies or as a timeline for one.
Watchlists. Save a search or put a company under watch from the conversation, then read back what changed and mark signals as handled. These objects are the same ones the Insourcia web app uses: whatever your assistant saves, you find in your account.
Data comes from the French public registries (INPI/RNE, INSEE, BODACC, DECP) and sector sources, consolidated and reconciled by us. An Insourcia account is required
