Plan@Job connects UK contractor office teams to their property-maintenance workspace: jobs, quotes, subcontractor candidates, contact history, messages, reports and invoice records. Ask what needs attention, find jobs waiting for quotes, compare candidates, find cover contacts and record follow-ups.

Tools are limited by the connected role, granted permissions and account readiness. Action adapters use the caller's website permissions; legacy handlers use explicit company predicates. Preview tokens bind the proposed inputs and, for the shared preview factory, the current plan. ChatGPT must show the preview and obtain agreement before execution. The token alone does not prove human approval. Queued work and uncertain completion must be described as such.

ChatGPT excludes credit purchases, billed digital activity, automatic outbound activation and NI/UTR collection. Those features remain on the website or full connector where appropriate. Recording a payment is not a bank transfer. Property-manager and subcontractor portal tools are not advertised while role admission is office-only.
