MeetNotes turns meetings into minutes. Record in the room on your phone, send the MeetNotes Notetaker into a Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams call, or capture calls with the desktop app. MeetNotes returns a speaker-labelled transcript plus minutes of meeting — summary, key points, decisions and action items with owners — in 100+ languages, including meetings that switch language mid-sentence.

With this plugin you connect your MeetNotes account and ask about your meetings in plain words: what was decided, who owes what, and where exactly something was said, with links that open the moment in the app. Attach an audio file to have it transcribed, paste a meeting link to send the notetaker, and export minutes as PDF, Word or Markdown. It only sees meetings your account can already see; you approve the connection on a MeetNotes page and can end it from ChatGPT at any time.
