UK Taxi PHV — RegEvidenceHub provides evidence-linked licensing preflight for supported taxi and private-hire licensing authorities in England. It can list supported authorities, check official-source freshness, run a bounded one-authority applicant or fleet preflight, and compare requirements across supported authorities. The public plugin uses deterministic regulatory rules, preserves missing facts instead of guessing them, and fails closed when evidence is stale, conflicting, unavailable, or insufficient. It does not submit licence applications, issue licensing-authority approval, provide legal advice, expose checkout, or process x402/Stripe payments.
