Instant Books is AI bookkeeping for small businesses. Connect your Instant Books company and ask about spending by vendor or category, cash position, unpaid bills, overdue invoices, bank transactions and the profit and loss - the same questions the AI Bookkeeper answers in the portal. Restaurants can also record a Toast or DoorDash payout as a posted journal entry: sales, tax, tips and fees on the accounts the company confirmed on its Integrations page. The app reads your books and records entries; it never moves money, pays anyone or changes what is already booked, and a payout recorded twice is refused.
