Rep Mate connects ChatGPT to your Rep Mate training account. Trainees can see today's or this week's plan, log sets, reps and weights by exercise name as they train, and review weekly progress. Trainers can build training days from the exercise library, add custom exercises, assign weekly plans to their trainees or themselves, and log workouts on a trainee's behalf.
