Hyperus OEE connects ChatGPT to Hyperus, the industrial IoT platform that monitors production machines in real time. Ask questions about your factory in plain language and get answers backed by the same data you see in the Hyperus OEE dashboard.
What you can ask:
- Real time: which machines are running or stopped right now, why, and since when; a machine's timeline for the shift or the day; stops still waiting for a justification.
- OEE: OEE, availability, performance, and quality for any period up to one year, compared with the previous period, plus trends by day, week, or month.
- Stops: Pareto of stop reasons, breakdown into sub-reasons, and individual occurrences with operator notes.
- Production: production by product and by hour, production orders and their performance, product search.
- Maintenance: MTBF, MTTR, and failure indicators by machine.
- Quality and people: SPC summary and operator performance, for users with those permissions.
- IoT: sensor telemetry such as temperature, pressure, and energy.
Read-only and secure: the app never changes anything in Hyperus. You sign in with your own Hyperus account (including your company's MFA policy) and see only the machines, devices, and data you already have access to. Access changes made in the dashboard take effect within 60 seconds, and you or an administrator can revoke the connection at any time from the Hyperus dashboard.
