Connect your Hireinator account to ask about your candidates and act on them in plain language: see what needs attention today (tests to grade, decisions to record, invites that expired, candidates waiting in a stage); read a candidate's results in full, with scores per question, the AI grade and its reasoning, the code, the take-home pull request and its follow-up discussion, and integrity signals for a person to review; compare candidates for a role; invite candidates, resend invites, move candidates between stages and record decisions, with a confirmation before anything is emailed or changed; draft a screening test from a job description; and ask how Hireinator works.
