Fieldproxy

Fieldproxy connects ChatGPT to your field service workspace: jobs, customers, technicians, quotes, invoices and any tables your team has added. Ask what is on today's schedule, find the nearest available technician, see which completed jobs have not been invoiced, or which quotes need a follow-up. When you ask for a change, such as rescheduling a job, updating a record or drafting a customer email, Fieldproxy shows you a preview first and saves nothing until you confirm, and every applied change can be undone. Workspace admins can also add fields, screens and automations by describing them. Access follows your Fieldproxy user's permissions and can be revoked at any time. Requires a Fieldproxy account.
