Enclave is the event and membership platform for private clubs, associations and member communities. This app lets your staff run the club from ChatGPT in plain language, with the same permissions they have in the Enclave console.
What you can do:
- Plan events: create and update events and recurring series, find the venue with a place search, write a clear description and add ticket tiers.
- Manage attendees: list registrations, approve or decline them, cancel, and check people in at the door, including walk-ins.
- Track results: see how full an event is, which ticket tiers still sell, sign-up trends and how past events performed.
- Follow the money: list orders and get revenue totals for any period (gross, refunds, fees and net, per currency).
- Know your members: look up members and their event history, see which memberships renew or expire soon, and list membership plans.
- Review campaigns: delivery, clicks and email usage.
Privacy and control: each connection belongs to one staff member and one organization. ChatGPT can only do what that person's role allows, every change is recorded in the audit log, and you can disconnect at any time in Enclave under Settings → Connected Apps. The app never shares card details, payment provider IDs, member addresses, birth dates or verification photos.
Requirements: an Enclave account with a staff role. AI connections are off by default; contact Enclave support to turn them on for your organization.
