Pushary

Pushary lets ChatGPT notify you on your phone when a task finishes or needs your input. ChatGPT can ask a yes/no, multiple-choice, or free-text question and receive your answer. Supported yes/no notifications can be answered from the lock screen; choices and text open the Pushary app. Your questions and answers are recorded in Pushary.

ChatGPT chooses when to use these tools. The plugin does not intercept or enforce every ChatGPT action. Requires an existing Pushary account.
