Documents, signed or accepted
Documents from your data, signed or accepted. DocsAutomator turns your AI agent into a document desk. Ask for a quote, contract, invoice or certificate, and ChatGPT designs the template in your brand, fills it with your data and makes a PDF or Word document. It can send the document for acceptance, where the recipient reads it and clicks Accept, or for signature, and it follows every request until it is closed. The accepted or signed PDF and its record appear in DocsAutomator under Documents.
ChatGPT can also build complete automations that run on their own from Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, ClickUp, SmartSuite, Google Forms, Zapier, Make or n8n: connect the data, map fields, set up line items and conditions, and choose where documents go.
You need a DocsAutomator account: https://app.docsautomator.co. The first send of a new setup runs in test mode, which sends the real email and adds a preview watermark.
