fluxo runs flexible workspace businesses: coworking spaces, meeting rooms, private offices and memberships. With the fluxo app, a partner can run their space from ChatGPT.

Ask what happened today, and fluxo reports new enquiries, bookings, opened offers and payments. Ask whether a room is free, and fluxo checks its availability and price in fluxo. Ask for an offer for a new enquiry, and fluxo drafts it from the partner's price list and shows it in the chat before it is sent. You can also book a room for a customer, withdraw an offer, see who has paid, and see which deals need a follow-up.

Prices come from the partner's price list in fluxo. Actions that book, send or cancel are shown in the chat first, and ChatGPT asks the partner to confirm them.

For bigger jobs, hand the work to Adam, fluxo's assistant. For example: "Fill my empty meeting rooms next week."
