It supports reporting work for assistants, property managers, area and district managers, organization administrators and authorized owners with existing LumaIQ accounts. Organization administrators enable access once for their team; each employee signs in and gives personal consent using their own account. Assistants and property managers review operating KPIs for assigned properties. Authorized owners and leadership review owner figures and recorded delivery history; leadership reviews company-wide performance and health rankings, with missing-period exclusions disclosed. Current company membership, role and property permissions apply on every request. Owner updates remain drafts for the existing LumaIQ workflow. The reporting tools do not edit records, change rents, send email or handle payments. The sign-in credential retains existing LumaIQ account permissions beyond these reporting tools; the consent screen discloses this. Account and plan upgrades are handled on the LumaIQ website. Initial client onboarding supports ChatGPT web.
