For the logistics, it has checklists and fill-in templates written by event planners: how hotel room blocks work and a request to send hotels, questions to ask a venue before you sign, a request for meeting or event space, a contract checklist, a planning timeline, a day-of run sheet, and guides for virtual or hybrid events and accessibility.

When you have a shortlist, it creates a private team vote link so your team can pick, and tells you the results. When you are ready, it can send your event details to Best Corporate Events for a proposal, only when you ask.
