Business reporting for Selltro stores: the Selltro app lets a store's HQ team ask ChatGPT about their live sales, orders, stock and customers, read-only, without exporting spreadsheets. Selltro is an all-in-one commerce platform for Malaysian brands that sell through agents, resellers and marketplaces.

What you can ask:

• Store summary: sales, order count and top products for a period
• Orders: list and filter orders, order counts by status
• Reports: sales and performance reports by period, product, channel or agent
• Stock: current stock levels and low-stock products
• Products: search products, product details and prices
• Customers: find customers by name and view a customer's profile (phone, email and IC are partially masked; addresses are hidden)
• Money: commission on an order, payouts, refunds and e-invoices
• Operations: couriers in use and connected marketplace channels

Read-only: the app cannot create, change or delete anything in Selltro, send messages or move money. Only HQ (management) users of a Selltro store can connect; seller and agent accounts are refused. Every call is logged for 30 days and visible to the store's HQ, and any connection can be revoked at any time.
