Upload what you need to order (SKU and quantity; a reorder plan works) and your supplier catalog (SKU, supplier, unit cost, and optionally MOQ, case pack, lead time and minimum order value). The Purchase Order Builder raises each line to the supplier's MOQ, rounds up to whole cases, picks the cheapest supplier when several carry a SKU, and groups everything into one draft purchase order per supplier with line and PO totals. It flags POs under a supplier's minimum order value and SKUs that are missing from the catalog. The POs are drafts shown in the chat; nothing is sent to a supplier. Files are processed in memory for the one request and never stored. No account is needed.
