SnapAccruals helps accounting teams prepare employee bonus accruals for month-end close. Upload an Excel or CSV file, confirm your column mapping and calculation settings, then review employee-level results and exclusions in an interactive workspace. Export a draft Excel workbook with supporting schedules for accounting review.

Try the built-in 3,000-employee sample before using your own file. The current pilot supports USD salaries, one monthly bonus accrual rule, and prorated eligible days. It does not create or post journal entries, calculate employer taxes, or provide an approval workflow.

Uploaded files are processed by the connected SnapAccruals service on Google Cloud. Review the results before accounting use. Unpaid wage and PTO accrual modules are planned and are not yet available.
