TourPro is tour management software for touring artists, tour managers, and crews. The TourPro plugin brings your tours into ChatGPT, so you can run the road without opening another app.

Ask "what's our next show?" or "when is load-in tomorrow?", get a clean day sheet formatted for a crew text thread or email, and check which events still need confirmation. Ask free-form questions about your schedule, team, hotels, travel, and documents, answered only from your real tour data with sources.

The plugin can also make changes when you ask: add or edit events (shows, travel, load-in, sound checks, rehearsals, meetings, days off), confirm or unconfirm events, manage day notes and reminders, set event visibility, and work with contacts, hotels, guest lists, and documents. Destructive actions require your explicit confirmation.

You sign in with your own TourPro account, and every request uses your existing TourPro role and permissions, so ChatGPT can only see and change what you already can in the app.
