Listint

Listint is a UAE real-estate marketplace. The app lets people search live property listings by area, price, size, bedrooms, bathrooms, property type, amenities, views, furnishing, ownership and completion status, and open any result on listint.com.

Three kinds of inventory are searchable: units (individual apartments, villas, townhouses and commercial space, offered both for sale and to rent), properties (whole assets such as residential and mixed-use buildings, villa compounds and land, offered for sale) and projects (developer developments, both off-plan and ready). Results render as an inline carousel of listing cards showing the photo, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, size, location, agency and construction progress, with a map view that plots every result and flies to a listing as the user browses. In fullscreen the app shows the result list, the map and the selected listing side by side.

The app is read-only: it searches published listings and links out to listint.com. It does not create, modify or delete anything, does not take payments, and requires no sign-in. Listing data is served from Listint's own index; map tiles come from Mapbox and listing imagery from Listint's CDN.

Coverage is concentrated in the United Arab Emirates — principally Abu Dhabi and Dubai, with some listings in Ras Al Khaimah — alongside a smaller selection of buildings and projects in Egypt, the United Kingdom, Oman, Morocco, Latvia and Ethiopia. Inventory changes continuously, so the app reports when it has nothing in a requested location rather than offering listings elsewhere as matches. All prices are quoted in AED.
