Wordesk

Wordesk is a business reporting assistant for existing Wordesk users. It helps managers and customer support, sales and marketing teams review business performance and prepare daily, weekly or monthly summaries from their company's Wordesk analytics.

Ask about conversation volume and human escalation, AI and team response performance, Wordesk-attributed orders and revenue, or campaign and automation results. Compare reporting periods and combine sales, conversations and marketing into a business briefing.

A connected Wordesk account is required. Access is limited to the signed-in user's company and existing permissions. The plugin is read-only: it does not send messages, launch campaigns, place orders or change settings. Sales figures cover revenue attributed to Wordesk, not the store's complete order ledger. Product-level sales, inventory, customer lists and individual customer information are outside its scope.
