SAMOS e-commerce helps online retailers that ship from the UK manage international parcel delivery with SAMOS, a UK parcel delivery company that handles customs clearance, duties and taxes, tracking and returns for e-commerce orders to the EU, North America, the Middle East and beyond.
Retailers and their customers can use it to:
- Track a SAMOS parcel by tracking number and get a link to track it with the local delivery company once it reaches them.
- Estimate the cost of sending a parcel from the UK, or returning one to the UK, by destination country and weight, based on SAMOS's published rates.
- See which countries SAMOS delivers to and which support returns.
- Get answers about international shipping with SAMOS, such as IOSS, customs, labels and returns, from the SAMOS help centre.
- Estimate the import duties and taxes a customer may pay on an item shipped from the UK.
No SAMOS account is needed. Parcels can weigh up to 20 kg. Duty and tax figures are estimates, and duties estimates are limited to a few a day. Tracking results never include street addresses or postcodes. The app is read-only: it cannot create shipments, print labels or change anything in a SAMOS account.
