Type or draw your own signature and initials, review every field, and explicitly confirm before self-signing. Retrieve the completed PDF and audit trail through your PearSign document history.

Need someone else’s signature? Place blank fields in chat, then continue on PearSign with the saved PDF and placements. Add recipients, check assignments, review and explicitly send on the website. Nothing is sent from chat.

Use your connected account’s existing signing allowance. Supports up to 50 fields on standard, unencrypted PDFs smaller than 22 MB. Rotated or cropped signing pages are not supported. Select the file inside the editor; existing chat attachments are not imported automatically. Text fields must use characters supported by the PDF renderer; unsupported text is blocked before review.
