Every change is a version you can undo, and edits to a live form stay in a draft until you publish again.
When you're ready, publish to get a share link, a QR code and an embed code. Respondents only need a browser: no account and no ChatGPT. As responses arrive, ask what they say and get real numbers and charts: response counts, completion, NPS and a breakdown for every question. You can also browse responses and download them as CSV in the web dashboard.
Question types: short and long text, email, phone, number, website, date, single and multiple choice, dropdown, yes/no, star rating, opinion scale and Net Promoter Score, plus statements and page breaks. Layouts: step by step, all on one page, or one question at a time.
Privacy: responses reach ChatGPT only when you ask about them, and names, email addresses, phone numbers and links are never sampled into AI summaries. Forms can't ask respondents for passwords, PINs or payment card details.
