Tickender is a ticketing platform for event organizers: ticket sales, a branded event page, e-tickets with wallet passes, check-in at the door and payouts. This plugin connects ChatGPT to your Tickender organization so you can ask about your events in plain language instead of opening reports.
What you can ask:
- How an event is selling: tickets sold, held and still available, sales per ticket type, gross sales, the Tickender commission and your net.
- Which events you have: upcoming, past or drafts, with venue or online link, filtered by date or title.
- A particular order: who bought it, which tickets, the price paid, answers to your checkout questions, delivery and check-in state.
- Attendees of an event: search by name, ticket type, check-in state or a questionnaire answer.
- Attendance: admitted versus sold, no-shows, admissions per 15 minutes, live counts during the event.
- Money: monthly statements, the statement of one event, commission invoices and payouts to your bank account.
- Your audience: customers who bought from you and the marketing consents they gave you.
Who it is for: organizers of concerts, clubs, festivals, theatre, conferences and workshops who sell tickets with Tickender.
How it works and its limits:
- Read-only. Nothing can be created, changed, refunded, cancelled or sent from ChatGPT; that is done in the Tickender portal at app.tickender.com.
- You need a Tickender organizer account. You sign in with OAuth, choose one organization and allow access. Only organization admins can connect.
- One connection sees one organization and nothing else.
- Personal data is limited on purpose: answers about people hold at most a few dozen records and the organization has a daily limit. Counts come back as numbers; full lists come from the export in the portal.
- Every call is logged in the portal under AI assistants, where an admin can see what was read and disconnect ChatGPT at any time.
