Create AI-assisted sales proposals with Propovo. Find existing proposals, bring client requirements into your conversation, and turn them into editable private drafts your team can review.
Use Propovo to:
• Find documents by title or client and check their saved status.
• Read permitted documents and your imported source snapshots.
• Save notes you choose to transfer as private context.
• Create proposal, statement-of-work, or service-overview drafts.
• Rename an unshared private draft, revise its text, or add sections.
Connect your Propovo account and select one workspace. Your existing workspace permissions apply. Drafts remain unshared until you review and share them in Propovo; ordinary team administrator access still applies. Publishing, sending email, signatures, acceptance, payments, and CRM updates are not available through this connection.
Imported context snapshots are available for seven days. Saved drafts remain in your library. You can revoke access in Propovo Settings → Integrations.
