Record Meeting

Record Meeting records your Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and other online meetings, transcribes them with speaker names and writes AI meeting notes. This app brings those recordings into ChatGPT.

Ask what was decided in a meeting, who owns which action item, or what a customer asked for, and ChatGPT finds the right recording and answers from its notes and transcript. You can also:

• List and search your recordings, or find the meetings from a given day
• Read the speaker-labelled transcript of any recording
• Rename a recording or replace its notes
• Get the existing share link of a recording, or create a new one
• Delete a recording you no longer need
• Browse the organizations, folders and members of your team workspace

The app only sees the recordings your connected Record Meeting account can open, and it asks you to sign in to Record Meeting and approve access before the first use. Recordings themselves are made with the Record Meeting Chrome extension, the Google Meet add-on or the web app; this app does not start recordings.
