When a customer won't pay, is past due, or has gone quiet on an overdue invoice, send it to collections from ChatGPT or Codex and we recover the B2B debt for you: we email and call the business that owes you, handle disputes, and pay out what we collect.
With this plugin you can:
- Place an overdue or unpaid invoice for collection and attach the invoice and supporting documents.
- See where each account stands: every email and call, why outreach is paused, disputes, payment promises and payments.
- Answer disputes and evidence requests, record a payment the debtor made to you directly, update debtor contacts, or recall a placement.
- Check amounts collected, fees, payouts (remittances) and monthly statements.
Anything that contacts a debtor, records money or changes an account asks for confirmation first. You need a Modern Collections creditor account; placing invoices requires a verified account with a signed agreement. Business debts only: consumer debt is not accepted.
