Create and resume runbooks
Create, review, dry-run, execute, resume, and audit operational procedures for releases, incidents, migrations, QA, beta launches, and recurring work.
Make the decision points explicit: an observable entry signal and verification check, a rollback or containment trigger, and the person or role responsible for the final go/no-go. Each procedure includes preservation requirements, atomic steps, expected results, verification, failure handling, and approval boundaries.
Version 0.4.0 adds separate draft and ready structural checks and a durable execution record. Preserve completed steps, consumed authorizations, uncertain outcomes, and the next authorized action across sessions. Reconcile uncertain external actions before retrying them, and bind evidence to the exact artifact, environment, observation time, and claim.
Structural validation does not grant authorization, enforce budgets, or prove live readiness. The plugin works with the host's available tools and permissions; it has no publisher-hosted service, MCP server, or publisher-side analytics.
