Create, trace, fix, and validate data-bindable SVG maps for OKVIZ Synoptic Panel in Power BI. Generate SVG maps from descriptions or data keys, adapt existing SVG files, assess suitable bitmap images for tracing, create matching sample data, and check SVG files for Synoptic Panel compatibility. Bitmap tracing is performed only when boundaries can be recovered with sufficient confidence; otherwise the plugin reports uncertainty instead of inventing geometry.
